Eco4 Grants

Eco4 is a government backed scheme to assist homeowners and private tenants in improving the energy efficiency of their homes. The scheme encourages a whole house approach, whereby your whole home will be assessed to identify the improvements it needs. We will then put together a package of improvements which are suitable for your home which could include renewables, insulation or heating improvements.

Am I eligible for an Eco4 grant?

If your property has an EPC rating E-G and you are in receipt of one of the following benefits then you may qualify for an Eco4 Grant:

Income based Jobseekers Allowance (JSA)
Income related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
Income Support (IS)
Pension Credit Guarantee Credit (PCGC)
Working Tax Credit (WTC)
Child Tax Credit (CTC)
Universal Credit (UC)
Housing Benefit (HB)
Pension Credit Savings Credit (PCSC)
Child Benefit (subject to income caps and composition)
